Mrs. Julie Nagel

The 2025-2026 school year will be my 30th year of teaching in Catholic schools. I spent 23 years at St. Jude as a first-grade teacher, and I am now in my third year as part of the Administrative Team. My current role as Assistant Principal allows me to interact with teachers, parents, and students daily as I continue my work to help make St. Jude a fabulous school that our entire community can be proud of. I am extremely blessed to have spent 10 days on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land during the summer of 2017. That remarkable journey has enabled me to share my knowledge and love of Jesus daily with the students at St. Jude. I graduated from Walsh University in 1992 with a BA in Elementary Education and later obtained my K-12 Reading Endorsement from Mount Saint Joseph University in 1996. My husband, Andy, and I have been married for 32 years, and we have three wonderful children and three precious grandchildren.

In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before begin- ning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
